The ZukunftsAkademie is a Berlin-based adult education provider. It originated in the field of professional development and advanced training for employees within the care sector. Since its founding in 2011, the academy has hosted a wide variety of courses covering diverse, profession-specific areas. Throughout this time—both in the past and today—the primary focus has consistently been on ensuring the practical relevance of our training courses, specifically by bridging theoretical knowledge with the application-oriented expertise required in day-to-day caregiving.
At the ZukunftsAkademie, you can complete a foundational caregiving course while simultaneously acquiring expertise in gerontopsychiatry. This means that, upon completion, you will be qualified to work in general nursing care as well as in the role of a support worker or daily living assistant (in accordance with §§ 43b and 53b of the SGB XI). Optionally, you may choose to supplement the course with driver training for a Class B license or with specialized German language training tailored to the demands of daily caregiving practice.
