The Academy stands for demand- and customer-oriented training and further education and guarantees quality in education.
In order to be able to offer consistently good services irrespective of the persons providing them, we undertake to adhere to the following principles.
Customer orientation
By customers, we mean everyone who works at the academy. Staff, lecturers, students, cooperation partners such as job centers, the Federal Employment Agency or companies in the healthcare sector. We attach great importance to equality of gender and origin. Our quality standard is therefore always customer satisfaction.
Personnel
We employ qualified staff in management, teaching and administration, as well as qualified full-time and part-time teachers. Ongoing professional and pedagogical training is provided for full-time and part-time staff.
Spatial and
material equipment
The type and equipment of the learning rooms meet modern adult education and professional criteria and are adapted to the target groups. The learning and social rooms used and the sanitary facilities meet the requirements of legal regulations.
Educational offer
We provide potential course participants with clear information on the required entry qualifications and learning requirements. You will receive personal advice from us to enable participant-oriented and appropriate learning. We take current labor market and professional qualification requirements into account when offering continuing vocational training and ensure an increased practical orientation.
The teaching and learning material meets the didactic requirements and standards.
All courses are based on a didactic and methodological concept.
The courses are geared towards a variety of methods.
Adult-oriented learning and performance reviews ensure the success of the lessons.

Our course offers are transparent with regard to: Objectives, participation requirements, conditions of participation, completion, duration, location, price, number of teaching hours, methods used, examination modalities, terms and conditions.
When developing our training courses in accordance with the Third Book of the German Social Code (SGB III), we take into account the situation and development of the labor market and support participants in their integration into the regular labor market.
