Content
In our basic care and support course, we teach you the technical and communication skills and thus the basics for comprehensive activating care work, social care and support for people in need of care. We supplement the content of the care course with the necessary knowledge for everyday support in accordance with the requirements of the current caregiver guidelines.
In everyday care, you will look after, occupy and activate people in need and do everything you can to positively influence the well-being, physical condition or mental mood of the people in your care and thus improve their quality of life.
After your theoretical lessons and practical exercises, you will complete an internship in a care facility.

Supervision course
As a caregiver – also known as a care assistant or everyday companion – you look after and activate those in need of care and do everything you can to positively influence the well-being, physical condition or mental mood of the people in your care and thus improve their quality of life. The content of our qualification corresponds to the requirements of §43b in conjunction with §53b SGB XI of the current caregiver guideline.
German language training
It is particularly important for everyday working life to be able to communicate well with those in need of care, staff and relatives.
In our language course, we develop your language skills and focus on the technical language used in care.
Driving school training
If you would like to work in the outpatient care sector, for example, you will need a class B driving license. You complete the driving school training in accordance with the applicable legal regulations at a certified and approved driving school.
For the driving school theory, you must complete 14 theory lessons of 1.5 hours each directly at the driving school. You will also receive a driving school app with which you can learn intensively.
Admission
requirements
You should have an interest in the nursing profession, be empathetic and in good health and have at least a B1 language level and be able to read and write.
A good A2 language level is required for our courses with German language support. We will improve your language skills and teach you specialist nursing German.
Conclusion
Upon successful completion of the ZukunftsAkademie, you will receive a certificate or a certificate of attendance with the results you have achieved. After completing the course, you will be qualified to take on activities in basic nursing care and everyday support for people in need of care. This will give you a job in a care company.
